As always, we hope you enjoy your Zen + Bloom personal care products! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to resolve your issue. For health and safety reasons, Zen + Bloom does not accept returns.

Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. We do our best to deliver high quality products that match pictures and fragrances as advertised and described on our website, packaging, and labels. 

Please be mindful Zen + Bloom’s products are made using natural ingredients and/or safe synthetics that may cause slight color variations, settling, or changes in fragrance and weight over time.
