Shipping policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders ship within 3-5 business days following receipt of your order.

We do not charge a handling fee on your order. To maintain affordable shipping costs for our customers, our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping carrier is requested by the customer during checkout. 

In normal conditions, packages are delivered within 1-3 business days with a tracking number per the USPS website. All shipped orders are issued a tracking number that you should retain and provide to us when attempting to locate your package.

Here at Zen + Bloom, we are closely monitoring changes in shipping with USPS and reserve the right to change shipping carriers at any time should service become interrupted or shipments experience unreasonable delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times. 

When placing your order, please BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION! We will not replace or refund orders lost or those delivered to incorrect addresses. A tracking number is required to file a claim with the USPS.

If you’re concerned about delivery and would like your package to be signed for, please let us know in the space for Comments during checkout. There is an additional fee for this service that will be applied to your order. 

We will immediately alert our customers to any changes in shipping carriers and/or costs outside of our preferred shipping carrier, USPS. 

We proudly ship to Military Post Offices (APO/FPO/DPO). Please include these details in the space for Comments during checkout. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special requests. 

We are not currently shipping internationally, except Canada.
